To avoid a $25 administrative fee, please submit any rescheduling requests at least 48 business hours before your appointment.
For our recurring clients, skipping a visit may result in a rate adjustment for your next cleaning (reverting to a monthly or hourly rate) due to the additional buildup that occurs during the longer gap between services.
Cancellations made within 48 hours for Move-In/Out or Initial Deep Cleanings are subject to a 50% service fee.
